  • Pre-Test Expiration Date – Date results for OIE-FAVN pre-test expires.
  • Test results are valid up to 36 months from date of pretest as long as the most recent rabies vaccination is valid (up to 12 or 36 months from date of vaccine depending on type of vaccine).
  • 5-Day-or-Less Eligibility Date – Earliest date from which pet may arrive in Hawaii to qualify for direct release or 5-day or less program.
  • 30-day Eligibility Date – 30-day program no longer available.
  • (T – pet passed pre-test, F – pet failed pre-test).
  • Pretest – Date pretest was submitted to lab Tip: Microchip Number consist of 9, 10, or 15 digits, and only contain numbers 0-9 and letters.

(This link lists test results for the past 12 months. File may take a few minutes to open (file size is approximately 800kb). Instructions to find your results are as follows (please read all the instructions before beginning): Pet owners who had blood samples submitted to the above laboratories and wish to check on the pre-test results need to know your pet’s microchip number. Estimated time for test results to be received and posted is approximately three weeks from the date of the test.
